Refund Policy

1 bottle order

Eligible for automated refund for the bottle minus shipping

2 or 3 pack 

1. Email returns@theunsubscribe.com to request a return
2. Get refunded automatically for 1 bottle
3. We send a shipping label to return the remaining unopened bottles
4. Upon receipt of the remaining unopened bottles, we issue final refund minus initial shipping cost and restocking fee of $5. 

We process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will follow up with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged Product

If product arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of damaged product to returns@theunsubscribe.com and we will help you!
